The International Conference on Service Systems and Service Management (ICSSSM), co-sponsored by Ningxia University, Tsinghua University, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the Society for Human and Cybernetics, will be held in Yinchuan, Ningxia Province from August 10 to 12. By setting up a forward-looking, strategic and comprehensive international high-end academic exchange platform in the field of service system and service management, this conference will provide help to experts, scholars and researchers engaged in the field of service system and service management. While disseminating their latest research results, it will discuss the cutting-edge scientific issues of service system and service management under the new generation of information technology.
